I bought this app to help me schedule events from my phone. IT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING!! This app does not let you organize anything, plan anything, change anything. Dont waste your time and money on this app.

We started using volunteer spot to schedule volunteers at our soup kitchen two years ago and have loved it from the first day! However, our time is short and days are harried so having access to volunteer information on the fly on my iPhone is invaluable. Thank you for this!

Just paid $1.99 for this app, yet it keeps giving me an error when trying to edit my task descriptions, which is the whole reason I wanted it. To make matters worse, heres the error note: "Whoops! We have encountered an error - can you please try back later or try from a regular computer (instead of this tiny screen) to complete your actions. Sorry for the inconvenience." If I wanted to try this on a regular computer, why in the heck would I pay $1.99!!!! -- not a happy camper!!

Dont waste your time and money with this app. It is no more than a very slow webpage made to be an "app." The pages are very slow to maneuver through. I got this to sign up for volunteer hours at my sons school. In order to sign up, you must have an invitation from the organizer. Save your money and just use the website!!!

This works well from a volunteers perspective, not so much from an organizers. You cant send requests to help from the app, nor can you send messages to helpers. Maybe they will add this in an update???? Other than those shortcomings, it works well and you can keep tabs on who has signed up.

I like seeing all of my spots on the go and making assignments. Thanks, very nice companion to the web site!

volunteer list is not alphabetical on app version, making mobile access less convenient. Also on app volunteers cannot be added without an email addresses, very inconvenient when managing a crowd of senior volunteers.

I love this app and how it keeps all my sign up sheets available all the time. But I would like the app to be able to remember your email and password for easier access. Otherwise, its a great app and I will keep using it for my volunteering.

I wish I can get a refund. This is probably one of the worst paid app. At $2 you would imagine it is more polish. It is slow, and crashed a few time on iPhone 5 with ios7.1. The app feels like an bad HTML version of the website. You have to login ever time and no ability to save the login info. About 70% of the time names added and assigned to your activities were not saved. They really need to make a mobile version of their website that could be better than this app. The app do allow a slight ease to see who signed up and what your sign up for, but the interface needs a lot work. I ended up just the web site directly. This app kind of, in my opinion, will force people away from volunteerspot.

Thanks VolunteerSpot for making it so easy to know where to be and what I’m supposed to be doing. With 3 kids on swim team and all the end-of-school hoopla - you made this dad look organized! Like how you show all my spots across groups and how easy it is to message the coach when I had to make changes. Keep up the good work!

So easy to sign up for all my activities. If you use volunteerspot, get this app! If you dont use volunteerspot, you should consider trying it out. Automatic email reminders to the volunteers saved tons of time for the organizer, and increases volunteer participation. Love it!
